Executive summary

We have arrived at a genuinely automated, self-driving marketing system.

Every night, without a human touching it, the system reads fresh data from across the website network — new pages, site descriptions, quality-score improvements, and a library of marketing skills — and turns that data into finished social posts. Those posts are scheduled and published automatically to live social accounts. Nothing is invented: a post is only written when the underlying facts are verified in the source data. This is the difference between "AI that makes things up" and a system a business can actually stand behind.

The same engine is multi-tenant. The exact machinery that promotes our own network can promote a client's business — with their own accounts, their own posting cadence, and an optional one-tap approval queue so a client (or an account manager) reviews everything before it goes out. That is the product: a managed, transparent, self-driving social presence.

The self-driving loop in one picture

05:00 · gather
Read real data — network sites, marketing skills, quality-score changes.
↓
05:10 · write
Generate posts from deterministic templates. No facts, no post.
↓
every 10 min · publish
Post when due to X & Bluesky (and more as connected), within cost caps.
↓
05:20 · report
Log & measure — a digest of what went out and how it performed.

You can freeze the entire thing in one command (the kill switch), cap spend, or switch any tenant to require approval before posting.

Where the ideas came from

Inspiration BoardMuch of this system was shaped and stress-tested by a steady stream of Instagram reels and posts our partner shared during the build. That board — every link, grouped by theme, plus the lessons we drew from each — lives at wholereach.com/insta/.

Five-minute quick start

  3. Add a channel. Follow Connecting Platforms to link LinkedIn, Mastodon, or Meta.
  4. Add a client. Follow the runbook in Managing Clients.
  5. Know the safety controls. Skim the kill switch and cost caps before you scale up.
