Big build night. Most of what you flagged yesterday is done and live. Today is about you two putting it through its paces — the real question now is whether the output is good.

Since yesterday: your whole 10am punch-list shipped, the engine is now a real logged-in app with live payments, and PolyMagnetics is a live store carrying the full 38-product line.
1

Your punch-list — all of it shipped done

2 min · what changed overnight
  • Approve actually works now — items no longer vanish; they move to Approved → in process → shipped, and on our clone sites approving an on-site fix changes the live page (with one-click rollback).
  • Onboarding now feeds the agents — your example customers, competitors and article ideas drive the content; your ideas literally become the briefs.
  • Roles toggle on/off, one activation, Operations is now your dashboard, a real Review summary, and the in-app pricing is gone once you're signed in.
  • The generic-content junk is fixed — broken headlines, off-topic lines and cart-string "articles" are gone.
No decision — just so you know it's all live before you test.

You each have a real login now

2 min · accounts are live

The engine is a proper app: sign in, password reset if you forget it, and new people can request a free account that comes to Paul to approve. Payments are live too — someone can sign up and pay. Your logins and a full test checklist are in the email Paul sent.

Confirm: you both got in and set your own password. Any friction signing in?
3

The real test — is the output any good?

4 min · the whole ballgame

Run the engine on a site you know cold: Tim on the Thai-villa owner-for-sale site, and we'll both run PolyMagnet. Fill the new onboarding fields properly, then read the content it produces. Is it specific and usable, or still generic?

Decide together: if it's dead-on for both, we've got something. If it's off, we name exactly where — better generators, better onboarding, or better source material.
4

PolyMagnetics is a live store — full product line

3 min · it can take orders today

polymagnetics.com is now a real storefront on our own engine (no Shopify): the full 38-product Polymagnet line with real photos, clean copy, and live Stripe checkout. It's positioned as a beta test distributor — not the manufacturer.

Decide: are we comfortable with the beta-test-distributor positioning and taking real orders? And is there anyone at Polymagnet we should loop in?
5

polymagnet.com is still down recurring

2 min · the same blocker

The real polymagnet.com SSL certificate is still expired — visitors get a security warning. This has been open since we started and it's a quick fix once we have access.

Decide: who holds the domain / Cloudflare? Grant Paul access and it's fixed today.

What each of us needs before Monday

remaining · momentum

The two customers Tim offered to run through the engine; anything blocking either of you; one clear next step apiece.

Agree: one next step each, and confirm the next huddle.
