Tight and decision-focused. The goal each morning: unblock what's stuck and agree one clear next step per item.

1

polymagnet.com is down urgent

2 min · the real fire

The site's SSL certificate expired back in November, so every visitor gets a browser security warning — it hasn't loaded properly in months. This is separate from everything else and worth fixing first.

Decide: who holds the domain / Cloudflare? Grant Paul access and it's a quick fix — today.

The catalog — one clear instruction for Mary

2 min · unblocks the store

To turn the PolyMagnet store from a demo into a real, sellable one, we need the actual product catalog. It's tiny on Mary's end: a one-time Shopify Products export (Products → Export → All products → CSV). No credential, ~30 seconds.

Decide: green-light Mary to send the CSV — that's the whole ask.

The walkthrough & quiz

3 min · shared understanding

wholereach.com → “Tim” is a calm, plain-English walk-through of everything we've built, plus a 20-question quiz. Built so no one has to explain it all live.

Check: did you get a look? Any questions it raised — that's the best use of this time.

Lessons learned from last night's meetup

3 min · what to carry forward
  • The Claude team is here in Austin. Anthropic has people locally — a direct line to the folks building the models we run on. A relationship worth cultivating.
  • “Agents First” is the room's compass. Josh Baer's principle — and the exact idea our whole network is built on. We're aligned with where this is heading, not chasing it.
  • Showing the work is the currency. The builders with the most pull share their prompts and their before/afters. Our prompts page and case files are made for this room.
  • The room is the customer base. Founders and small operators who need exactly what the engine does — a warm channel, not a cold market.
  • Momentum over polish. The energy is with people shipping and demoing. Reinforces our rhythm: ship, measure, human-approve, keep moving.

What's next — and what each of us needs

remaining · momentum

The two customers Tim offered to run through the engine; anything blocking either of you; the one thing each needs from the others before tomorrow.

Agree: one next step apiece.
