Self-Driving SEO & AEO — walkthrough for Tim

What to click, what to say, what to point at. Ordered for a ~12-minute live demo.
8:00 AM · open automarketingengine.com (logged in) and wholereach.com/seo-video/ in a second tab
The one message Tim should leave with: this is an autonomous marketing agency. Its knowledge base grows every day on its own, it writes finished content grounded in that knowledge, and on our own sites it ships the work itself. Nothing about a client's accounts is ever touched without a human.

Set the frame before you click anything

Last time you onboarded and the work vanished, and what came out read like an outline, not an article. Both of those are fixed. But the bigger thing I want to show you is that this now behaves like a self-driving agency — it researches, writes, scores and publishes on its own, off a knowledge base that gets bigger every single day.

1 · The self-driving panel (2 min)

1

Open a magnetics site → SEO & AI Search tab

DO: switch the site to ferrospring.com (or maxelmagnets.com), click the SEO & AI Search tab. The first thing on the screen is the new Self-driving SEO & AEO panel.
The blue panel up top with live tiles and the automated-loop line: Audit → Research → Write full article → Score → Ship.
This is the whole product on one screen. It reads the site, researches it against the knowledge base, writes the content, scores it, and ships the safe fixes. Every number here is live.

2 · The knowledge base that grows daily (2 min)

2

Point at the KB tiles

Magnetics KB today: 72 concepts · 100 tracked players · 80 buyer questions · 32 industry developments · 38 real products. And the Industry intel tile: +20 today.
The knowledge base grew by twenty fresh industry items this morning — automatically, before anyone woke up. It does that every day. That green number is the whole thesis: the asset compounds on its own. It pulls real industry news for free daily, and it can pull live search and competitor data on top of that.
If asked "where does it come from?": a daily pull of real industry news per sector, plus an optional paid search-data feed (Apify) that costs about four cents a run — off until you say go.

3 · Full article, not scaffolding — the h178 fix (2.5 min)

3

Show a written article

DO: go to Drafts & Publishing, open a content brief, and use Write full draft (or show a already-written one). It produces a complete ~700–1000 word article.
This is the thing that was broken. Before, approving a brief gave you an empty outline. Now it writes a finished article — and every sentence is pulled from your own site or the live knowledge base. It names real products, real competitors, this week's developments. No invented numbers, no made-up claims.
Scroll the article: the 40–60 word direct-answer opening (that's what AI answer engines quote), real H2 sections, a real FAQ block, competitors named.

4 · AEO / Agents-First (1 min)

4

Two audiences: Google and the AI assistants

We're not just chasing Google rankings. The engine also ships the machine-readable surfaces — /llms.txt /AGENTS.md FAQ schema — so when someone asks ChatGPT or Google's AI for a coded-magnet distributor, your site is what gets cited. Most of your competitors haven't noticed that lane yet.

5 · Self-driving, live (2 min) — the money moment

5

Click "Run a self-driving cycle now"

DO: back on the SEO panel (own site only), click ▶ Run a self-driving cycle now. Watch the toast: it audits, generates, approves and ships fixes to the live site with zero clicks.
Watch — I'm not editing anything. It just audited the site, and shipped the safe SEO and answer-engine fixes to the live page itself. That's the self-driving part. And this toggle — Auto-pilot — keeps it running every night with no one in the loop.
Trust boundary — say this out loud: auto-pilot only ever runs on our own network sites. On a client's site the engine still does all the seeing and writing automatically, but nothing publishes to a client's accounts without a person approving it. That line is enforced in the code, not a promise.

6 · Scale & roll-up (1.5 min) — for you specifically

6

One engine, the whole network — and the roll-up angle

Same engine grounds 85 live sites across magnetics, homebuilding, marketing and more. Improve the engine once, the whole network gets it.
For you the interesting part is the roll-up. The magnetics knowledge base already maps a hundred players — makers, distributors, rare-earth suppliers, recyclers. It's a fragmented field. The engine can stand up a grounded, self-driving marketing site for any acquisition target the day you close it. That's roll-up infrastructure, not just a website tool.
Hand Tim: the roll-up brief (in the huddle) and offer to play the 90-second video.

7 · Cost & close (1 min)

7

Cheap by design

This runs on a flat subscription. The only thing that costs per-use is the optional live search feed — about a dollar-thirty a month for the whole thing — and it's gated so nothing spends without a yes. A knowledge base that compounds daily, content that ships itself, an agency that runs on autopilot.
