Small-business web rebuild

A botched rename split their brand in two. We rebuilt it best-in-category.

Leadville Offroad Adventures had years of reputation and reviews — and a rebrand that was never really finished, leaving the business split across two dated template sites. Here's what we found, and what we shipped.

The business

Leadville Offroad Adventures (Elk Mountain Adventures, LLC) runs premium guided snowmobile tours in winter, UTV and dirt-bike tours in summer, and a full motorsports shop year-round — out of Leadville, Colorado, the highest incorporated city in the United States (10,152 ft). Real reputation: 4.7★ from 165 Google reviews and a 5.0 TripAdvisor rating with a Travelers' Choice award.

Before

The problem: a dated template site, split across two brand names

For years the business was "Elk Mountain Adventures." It rebranded to "Leadville Offroad Adventures" — but the change was never really finished. The business ended up spread across two near-identical, dated template sites under two different names (elkmountainadventures.com and leadvilleoffroadadventures.com), splitting its brand and its search authority in half. Listings and links from Google, BBB, Groupon, TripAdvisor and Visit Leadville are scattered across both.

The old site: a generic template with interchangeable copy — one of two competing brand domains.
After

The rebuild: leadvilleoffroad.com

One clean brand, one clean domain, built from the real business — real tours, real prices, real photos, and the reputation front and center.

The new leadvilleoffroad.com home page
leadvilleoffroad.com — the rebuild, live.
  • 13 real pages: every tour, a new service & repair section competitors don't have, lodging, and a photo + video gallery
  • 37 real, credited photos and 14 verified videos — zero stock filler, zero AI images
  • Per-tour + FAQ structured data, and an llms.txt so AI assistants can find and recommend it
  • Real prices and policies, written specific (machines, elevations, Mosquito Pass at 13,185 ft) instead of "explore the Rockies" filler
  • Seven color themes; fast, mobile-first; scores 85+ on our Agents-First bar
Next level

And a next-generation version: sledville.com

Then we built the future-facing version with a twist competitors can't match: a built-in AI concierge and trip planner — powered by free, open-source, on-device AI. No monthly API bills, and nothing a visitor types ever leaves their browser.

The sledville.com AI concierge answering a visitor question
sledville.com — the AI concierge matching a visitor to the right tour, instantly.

Ask it "which tour for a family of five in February?" and it ranks the real tours by fit, quotes the published prices, tells you what runs that month, and says "call them" when it honestly doesn't know.

What the rebuild delivers

1clean brand + domain, live and cert'd
+1service & repair page no competitor has
AIfindable in assistants via llms.txt + schema
$0ongoing AI cost — free open-source engine

We benchmarked the two strongest local competitors (Leadville ATV Tours and White Mountain Snowmobile Tours). Both are strong on inventory and reviews; neither has a service page, per-tour schema, an AI assistant, or answer-engine files. This build beats them where it counts for getting found and getting booked.
